Service not up to scratch

The car has been in for a fuel level reading problem SIX TIMES!!! The car stood at the dealership for 3 WEEKS in November 2013 and was still not fixed.
After the sixth time the issue was resolved by replacing the instrument cluster.
Since then the vehicle has encountered numerous non-starting problems.
The vehicle went back to Action Ford, Roodepoort to have diagnostics done regarding the problem. It was then referred to AA for a full diagnostic report for the vehicle. The report came back stating that nothing was wrong with the vehicle.
Since then the vehicle would just not started approximately four or five times and I was advised to phone the on-call technician.
The car stopped for the upteenth time and has to go back to the dealership once again.
When I phoned the on-call tech, I was told that I could not be assisted during working hours and can only be assisted after-hours.
