After logging my complaint and the head office understanding which branch was impacted by my complaint, i got such a speedy response from the call center and within 1 hour the manager of the restaurant called (Johan) and apologized.
The manager also invited my family and I back to have a meal with him at the restaurant which was out of the request, and we took him up on his offer.
Last week Friday we had supper and conversation with the manager and we got to realize his point of view as well.
Thank you Spur and Johan for the speedy responses it was nice meeting you as well. Keep up the excellent turnaround times, it makes customers feel at ease.
