I bought a Willard battery from The Glen branch and didn't realize it was leaking acid onto my power steering bottle which suddenly sported a great big hole. My mechanic replaced the bottle and a couple of weeks later we noticed a hole appearing in the new bottle before we realized it was the leaking battery. I went back to Willard The Glen and they put me in touch with Roger Harden who immediately sent me back to replace the battery and put the process in motion for me to obtain a refund for the expense of the bottle. Thank you to the guys from The Glen, to Willard and especially to Roger! I will only buy Willard from now on!
