After I sent this mail to Rustenburg Westvaal motors yesterday to a Mr Murray. The car sales man phones me yesterday afternoon and asked me did I buy my car cash and when I said yes he said well then we just get you another car and trade this car in. He didn't say anything about a price change in my monthly payment also.
Now the sales guy has a lot of story's. Now he can't find any other 2011 Chev Spark model in the hole country to buy out for my car. He can trade my car in for a 2012 model and then I have to pay almost R600 p/m more than what I'm paying now!!!
And my car is in the work shop and if they can't fix it well then the car sales man still believes/or think that it is the customers problem to solve.
I'm a very concerned customer because it feels like I'm being played. Because how can a sales person phone you tell you that he will solve your problem & then the next day he just pulls up he's shoulders and the customer is back at square one.
I'm a singel mother and I cant pay more money on a car per month.
