I had an accident with my car which was taken in for repair, my insurance organized a courtesy car for me through Avis, same car got bumped into by another driver who's insured by Mi-way, & mi way took fool responsibility of the damage (claim Number 398500) but avis wouldn't let mi way pay for the damage, apparently they fix their own cars & claim from the insurance after.

They asked me to pay R2500 on top of R500 that I paid for full tank when I took delivery of their car (courtesy car) & apparently they will be taking R600 for ADMIN FEE, basically they claiming from me & the insurance, mi way settled Avis on the 25/03/2013 & I have been struggling to get my refund since, today I was told it will take 12 more days before I get reimbursed

I have never experience such a doggy & appalling service
