Shoking service and no delivery! (and?)

We purchased a car in August 2012. The manager was great until the day the money was paid, thereafter it was a constant battle to get him provide the service he was required to provide.

We were not given our registration and licence until we harassed him time and time again to deliver them. During that period we received two fines for this.

We did not receive the owners manual nor service history. They have STILL not been received. This after we have called and e-mailed numerous times and have been told promises that never materialise; the range and number of excuses given are such that I struggle to believe their validity, and starting to suspect false advertising (or) wrt the FSH as Liquid Capital can't confirm. The MANAGER continues to blame the incompetence of others; he doesn't accept the responsibility nor consider the problem is himself. Countless calls have not been returned!

After the purchase I was contacted by imperial select customer service and I indicated our troubles. I was told that they'd get back to me. This TOO has not materialised. DO NOT comment that you will be in touch, as I have seen done on other complaints, you didn't call back last time
