Vehicle serviced without getting authorisation fro

I took my car (Corsa Utility) in for a services today 8/April/2013 at General Motors Bronkorspruit, i told them method of payment it will be claim from the insurance provided by Motor finance corporation, i gave them the number to call and the ID number inorder to get authorisation, dealership came back to me and said they are having problems locating the correect section for authorisation and then i gave then onether number to call, they later came back to me and said the insurance said they wont be able to pay because of a missed payment so i told them to put the car aside i wil come and fetch it, they agreed and 5 minuts later they called and said the car has already being serviced, how do u services a car without authorisation and now i dont have a car to go back home from work, the insurance has communicated with them to say they should put in their claim tomorrow but they stil cant release my car.
