Unathorised Service done on my Vehicle

I took my car to Maccarthy Toyota in Midrand for service and im using a policy, when they called a Motoride Policy this morning they told them that my Policy has expired and need to be extended. so I called the Policy to extend it I was then told that it would only be active from next week, I have to tell them not to service my car I will bring it next week when the service is done and they told me they have already serviced my car .i call them to ask their procedures I was told that before they service a car they call the policy to get the authorisation number but with me they have serviced it without the authorisation number and they want me to pay for that service and I do not have money because I knew I have a policy to cover that.
