On 26 March 2013 I posted urgent documents to Pretoria via Speed Services. I paid for and sent them OVERNIGHT. I specifically asked for confirmation that it would be an overnight service and was assured it was. On 28 March 2013 I telephoned a customer service agent and was told that due to the postal strike there was a backlog in deliveries. BUT I was assured my parcel would be in a container THE NEXT DAY. As of now, this parcel has not moved since 28 March 2013. I wasted my money and these documents are extremely urgent. I have had no further feedback or service. Please can someone help.
