Took my car in 5/04/2013. Paul the owner barely discussed the problem or solution gave me a verbal quote of the top of his head and rushed back to his Audi customer that was definitely higher priority. I then waited for 10 minutes at a window to book my car in while Monique wrote her jobs on her white board she attended to me when she was done. I fetched the vehicle a day later than stipulated and it wouldn't't start. I explained to another mechanic that the battery was new and should not be flat to which Monique responded "I must just chill" I spent a total of R9271.91 since December 2012 at this establishment and this is how a customer is spoken to. In December my partner that is white and a male dropped and collected the car, it was returned vacuumed and washed. I got neither, I got the impression I was either not white, female or only driving a golf that the service was very different to what my partner experienced in December. Paul didn't't even bother to come out to investigate on why the vehicle wouldn't't start. My partner has spent over R15 000.00 on his own car at this establishment. Clearly our business is not needed. Overall very rude, bad service and not recomm
