I had my car taken for hail damages in October last year, car was taken in by Carl they then returned it on the 2nd of November 2012, cover panel for the whippers was missing my mobiliser was not working, petrol gauge malfunctioning and the only thing they were suppose to fix was only the hail damages on my car nothing else extra.when I called him he said he will send his guys to finish up the work as they didn't have the spares for my whipper panel.even today I'm still waiting for those guys, my car was in a perfect condition except hail damages, Then calling on Carl he gave me the numbers of their office to call, I've spoke to Marco, resulting to Colin, resulting to Marco and Brian even their top manager Rodney all you get is a promise that they will get back to you but they never will, I think this guys they book in many cars they can't even handle to repair just because they want to score money from the insurance companies as their job is incompetent and they even end fixing things that they were not broken, they don't fix they brake people's cars, my Kia picanto is still not completed though they've been paid their full cash, I want my car fixed finish and klaar.
