Hail Damage - Poor Response from Nedbank

We had severe hail storms in Novemeber 2012 ; having a flat roof house resulting in my gutters & down pipes getting blocked resulting in vast amounts of water flooding my house. Apart from the extensive furniture damage (which was resolved within a 2-months by our Home Insurance) the damages to the house itself has been a constant uphill battle.
Quotations for damages was only attended to months after the damage ; we found errors on these quotes however the assessor only entertained the errors which proved cost saving, which i find unethical (as we are in the Industry of Building Refurbishments & Maintenance)
A cash payout was offered which would never cover the damages and reinstate the house to its original state before the hail.
I have emailed the complaints department at Nedbank with my queries which they said will be trated as urgent. 3 weeks past without any repsonse.
I proceeded to send a further follow up mail on why this was not dealt with ; a senior at the department said i would have have ansers yesterday morning ; still waiting???
