Hi

I'm not sure if i will ever get assistance, I bought a car last year november from one of your salesman (Cyril).he was suppose to give me the spare key for my car of which I still haven't receive it till today.when I cal him he doesn't pick up even smses he does not respond at all.

Mr Buthelezi came and took the car for testing... he then told me that they will have to pay for the disc which will expire in may but later on he told me that I have to do that in Durban whereas the car registration is under JHB, how possible is that?

It took weeks for Cyril to give me the contract and now it's been 5months but still i don't have the spare key for my car.the disc will expire next month, what am i suppose to do? Mr Buthelezi told me to call Paul on 016 645 3700 and i call him, he said i will have to wait for Cyril to come back on Monday, he didn't even bother listening to what was the problem. I've been taken from pillar to post and i'm sick of such service.

I would like to know when am i getting my spare keys? and when will the issue of this disc be sorted out?
