On the 29th of November 2012 I had an accident in Witbank, my car was then towed to G and J Autobody and Panelbeaters as it was the DSP for my insurance. My insurance quickly took care of the authorisarion and within a week they gave me auth no. for the repairs to begin. When I called then a few days later to find out that the woman who it was sent to (Clarissa) hadn't BOTHERED to check her emails n process was delayed. After that was sorted it was too late to do any work on my car because they were closing for the Christmas break but they ASSURED me that the parts were already in the shop and all they had to do was start fixing the as soon as the opened on the 7th of Jan, as soon as that day came SURPRISE SURPRISE the story about not having auth and suddenly the parts that WERE there in December were NOT anymore and they were only THEN ordering them. But a man who was the manager or owner called Marshal assured me as well as my insurance that the company the car would definely be ready on the 25th of Jan. When I called today (after Marshall ignored me for 2hrs) then when he EVENTUALLY decided to take my call he had the AUDACITY to shout at me! Whose car is it? Pathetic service!!
