On Easter Monday my wife, her mother & I and were travelling on the N2 towards George. About 10km out a fanbelt disintigrated and damaged several components in the engine bay. As a member of the AA I contacted them and the car was transported to George BMW.
On Tuesday morning early I contacted Mr Bryon Hughes, After Sales Manager, and explained the matter. It was my wife's birthday and we had to be in Cape Town that evening for a family celebration. Soon afterwards I was called with a quote and by 11:30 the car was ready, beautifully washed and cleaned inside!
It is so rare to get service as excellent as this these days.
