I recently took my car in to be fixed at Automagic Rivonia, upon fetching my vehicle, I was told that two parts were on backorder and they will phone me to let me know when it arrives. The week the parts were supposed to arrive, I wasn't contacted so I proceeded to phone to enquire, i was told the parts still haven't arrived, but they'll be sure to contact me when they do.

Needless to say, nobody phones you back - a couple of weeks later I phoned again and then took my car in a second time to have the parts fitted. Unfortunately the wheel alignment couldn't be done due to some story about them having to do something special for my specific make of car. I spoke to a representative from first for women insurance and she followed up and confirmed said story, again they promised to phone me back. It's now been 3 weeks and still no phone call, I phoned again only to be told I can come in anytime to have the wheels aligned, they will phone me back when they have a reference number (I'm not holding my breath). This whole scenario took well over 3months and it's still ongoing - I'll never make use of Auto magic again.
