To my disbelief and shock, on the 11th March 2013, I brought your attention that I picked up a traffic infringement, on Pay city website, that occurred on 12 February 2013, of which was reflecting under my Id number which was totally unacceptable as you sold my previous vehicle to a new customer, however did not complete the registration process accurately and compliantly and therefore this vehicle was still reflecting as mine, together with the traffic infringement.
I had given in the vehicle on 16 January 2013, and took delivery of the "substitute vehicle" on the same day, and then a month later, the old vehicle was still registered under my name. I cannot understand how an organisation operates in this manner, its totally bizarre and unheard off and I cannot believe that yet again, a month from then, I am now telling you again that this has not been sorted out!!! And this is 2 and half months later, needless to say the RCZ that you call a vehicle has been at your dealership for 4 weeks, and still no feedback!!!
