Good Afternoon Essa,

We would like to bring this to your urgent attention. As per bella in your office, you are the contact person. I rented a vehicle from woodford at the PE airport on the 30th of March 2013 and returned the vehicle on the 31st March 2013. When I had already left the airport on the 30th of March I realized that there is a small crack in the windscreen, front right. Fortunately I had my wife and 2 guests as witnesses, and at that time when I realized this brought it to their attention. Obviously did your staff not check what they had to before they handed over the vehicle and when I returned it, which means two things. Number 1 they knew about this and waited for the right opportunity to nail someone who in this case is me or just didnt check in the rain and I quote: "Sign the form inside because its raining". Obviously neither me or your staff member knew about this. I received a call today, 2 days later asking me to pay for the windscreen, I am prepared with witnesses to take this matter further asap. Please get back tome as soon as possible to sort this matter out, because I wont be treated like a vandalist or. Shawn Smuts
