Vehicle not available, poor service, dirty

I made an online booking for an 8 seater minibus to accommodate 8 people plus luggage, on 30th July 2013. Pick up date was for 11th August at 8pm. My card was debited R2, 650.91 for the three days hire.

When we arrived at the office at 8pm we were told that the vehicle we requested was not available, but they has a smaller vehicle for us. The gentleman behind the desk was not at all concerned about our problem, 8 people including 3 small children! As we had been travelling all day and the kids needed to go to bed, we took the smaller car and had to make alternative arrangements for the luggage.

When we picked up the vehicle it was filthy.

So we used the smaller vehicle and returned it on the 14th. We were also charged R120 for a baby seat that was never received. Then on 18/8 another amount had been deducted of R453.05.
In actual fact Woodford should be refunding me as I paid for a larger vehicle and for the baby seat, neither of which we received.
I then sent 2 emails stating all the above and requesting a refund and to date have had NO response.
