I recently purchased a Golf 6 GTI DSG from your previously owned department but my service has been anything but exceptional or even acceptable.
I have sent an email to Chris Jones regarding the matter and the service that I received from his salesmen.
The problems since receiving the car are:
No boot lid
License disk expired - salesmen was not aware
Service was not done before delivery of the car - as i was promised this was done, service book not stamped.
Air- pollen filter giving off a disgusting smell that I had to purchase after the "80 point" check?
Upon my return from holiday - I received a call for the salesmen that no service was done, my maintenance plan that i bought on the car could then be forfeited for this as i went over the service by up to 2000 km's.

These issues were reacted to after me pointing them out which before giving the car to me the Salesmen should have been a little more pro active instead of reactive. More home work needs to be done before selling the car, and not just the sale!

I didn't even get a coffee when I arrived at the dealership which was around 3-4 times after the purchase.

Utterly disappointed.
