Bad Service and Salesmanship

The salesmen at this dealership are a joke.

I recently bought a chev utility from them, the salesman phoned me a total of two times to query about my vehicle. when the vehicle arrived at the dealership, I went to see it, it had no petrol, he didn't even know if the car had certain features (Bluetooth on radio, ABS and airbags). I had to tell him about it.by this point, I was fuming.

I needed a car desperately. so i didnt have time to look for another dealership.

finally when my car was ready for delivery. i get to the dealership. sign all the paper work. Got into the car. 1/4 Tank of petrol!!! I mean I just spend 160k on you and you cant fill my tank as an act of thankfulness (like any good salesman would do). I get home, i realize he didn't give me the registration forms of the vehicle (license etc). i phoned him, he doesnt answer, I go to his office, hes not there, the papers are not near him. finally I get a hold of him. he says to me "I don't know what happened, the form has been misplaced".

My moneyis as good as the next guys! service.
