I run a business dependent on couriers. Fast way more often than not do not collect parcels from our office sometimes for as long as 5 days. If and when a parcel is collected it somehow gets lost with the following explanation " we found it in the bay at our Pretoria branch" Pay the extra amount and use an alternative courier service as to date I have refunded much more money for poor service than I would have spent had I used another courier.
If this was a once off case I would understand but with Fastway it is the norm. I was guaranteed a collection before 5:30 pm yesterday (As i stupidly decided to give them one more chance, one more of 6 so far) arranged for someone to stay late. The parcels are still here.
