I was filling petrol in my car, I paid via eft when it went through on my phone but according to the station it was not detected on their system. I explained to Mr. prinsloo that it went through on my account but he would not listen and to top it all off he was speaking in Afrikaans (a language that I am not fluent in). He just kept ignoring us (again, this is not my fault but their eft machines). He was rude until Mrs. Maxie badenhorst became helpful & explained to my husband & I politely. I was very disappointed in this man because we use this filling station frequently.
