Worst customer service eve

Booking was at 8, I reached at 7.After all paperwork, they start preparing car-they refueled & started washing the car-30 mins already wasted.(Cant they be ready with cars?)Then suddenly got to now that the car is not starting. So they brought another car at 8.45. I was in hurry so asked them not to clean much from outside. I left with car at 9 & luckily at gas station saw that one of the headlight is not working (How can such a car be delivered shamelessly?)-went back. Nobody was interested to attend my problem as they had "other customers"! another 20 mins wasted & then they said cannot replace the headlamp & have to prepare another car.half hour I was trying to convince them to replace the globe-but their rules don't allow this. Preparing another car was nighmare-nobody of them even knw if the car needed wash / refuel. I was totally frustrated with this attitude-they dont even consider your concerns-just follow rules blindly.at 9.30 I managed to convince them for globe replace which took 5 mins!! While returning car they ask for fuel receipt, if I cant produce, even the indicator is quite above F, they gonna charge me. I want penalty for my wasted 2 hours, includin 30 mins while return
