Freshstop @ Caltex
Incompetent Staff & Fake Competitions

I am a regular customer at the Caltex &Freshstop store. Its really convenient because I live close by and its the only filling station that use.

For the past 2-3 weeks i had endless trouble with cashiers not knowing how the speed points work, long queues at the till, long waiting to fill up because of lack of staff and unsavory looking characters.

I asked one of the petrol attendants whats going on and he said that the station is under new management.

I suggest that the staff get proper training, dress appropriately and look more presentable before they attempt taking up management.

I never experienced this kind of atmosphere at this filling station, everything is just off.

Then they have competitions where for every R200 you spend you receive 1 sticker if you collected 4 stickers you get a glass and stand a chance to win a trip to Mauritius or some place.

I have collected these stickers and they never have glasses to give to their customers. This is the second time this competitions running and they same thing happened the last time.

You better start looking after your customers otherwise you'll loose, you are not the only filling station in the vicinity.
