I had reason to gatecrash (no scheduled appointment at all) GM Alberante on a somewhat urgent fix for my vehicle yesterday morning.

My goodness!! I challenge anyone in any industry to provide the same fabulous service I received from this team. No sweat at all for ANYONE to assist me with the in-booking, fixing, and ensuring that my vehicle was ready by the end of business so I could get home. What an office "workflow" system they have, from the booking in process, to telephonic feedback to update me throughout the day, to getting the vehicle fixed in time.

Well done, and it goes without saying that I am grateful for your full teams kind and friendly service in assisting me when I had no appointment at all.
