On Wednesday 25 September 2013 my vehicle did not start and BMW on call was contacted to assist.. With this news I went to Alberante BMW for assistance. Onmyarrival I was helped by Samantha. She informed me that she will attend to my problem immediately, she opened a job cardand told me that she will get a technician to have a look at my vehicle. I waitedat the dealership and was later informed that myvehicle would have to stay there for further work to be done. On Thursday 26 September 2013 I received a telephone call from Samantha informing me about the progress. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Samantha for the professional way in which she assisted me with my problem, shedid not hesitate to assist or give any excuse that they are fully booked and can only assist me at a later stage.
