I rented a car from him at above mentioned branch from 23 January '13 for 6 days and returned it to the same branch on 28 January '13. He was out with a client at the time and when I phoned him he said I can just leave the keys, which I refused to do. I told him that I will wait so that he can confirm in my presence that I returned the car undamaged and filled with petrol as the contract stipulates. This was done and settled in about 30 minutes.
A month later when I received my bank statement, I noticed that I have been charged more than agreed upon. I phoned Avis head office with a billing query. I spoke with Melissa and she said it was for extra petrol!!! I strongly denied the possibility, and she said she will take it up with him. After multiple queries from me I still have not heard anything
