Good day Sir. I took my car to the supplier to fit a new clutch on my car. They returned my car, but the reverse gear wouldn't select. The car was all greasy and oily hand marks were all over my car. my front bumper was damaged as well. when I asked them about it, they just replied that the guy who worked on my car is not present at the moment and that they didn't temper with the car. eventually they agreed to fix the gears and spray-paint the front bumper. They told me to take my car home and that they will contact me when they will come to pick up my car to fix the gears.( why couldn't they just keep the car there) They came to fetch the car and phoned me later in the day to say that they can't fix the gears, but I must bring the car again later in the week. they will send it to GM dealers. well GM fixed the gears, but it was to late to paint the bumper. I had to come fetch my car again. the only thing that was left to do is to spray-paint the car. They said that they will call me when the painter is ready for my car. After almost a week they call me to bring the car again for the spray job. Yesterday afternoon at lunch time the owner calls me and say he can't do the job.
