Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Bad after sale service

I have been requesting a original tax invoice document for the past 4 months from Lucor that works at Imperial in the East Rand.
Every time i phone he says that he will courier it, then he says he will send someone, and he just always has a story - i am so sick and tired of his empty promises, he doesn't respond to my emails, and i really need the original document.
Ironic how good the service was when they wanted to sell the car to me, now that i have bought it, i can't get anything out of them.
i am now at the point where i don't even want to phone this guy because what is the point, i also live in Pretoria so it is not around the corner.
