CMH MELROSE HAVE REGISTERED WRONG CAR IN MY NAME

I Am Writing to you with Disgust. My mother bought a Toyota Yaris Zen not too long ago, they put in an aftermarket alarm, it caused so many problems in the car that CMH Melrose agreed to take the car back and give her cost price on the new model Yaris. Now Toyota phoned my mom to see if she wants to extend her warrenty. They have the old car on her name! So basically she could have a car and vin number on her name. How can this happen? this is unacceptable. Esspecially after the shocking service from them.
I want this rectified today! thats final. So the person who bought her car that she returned is also driving a car that is not registered in that persons name. This is illigal and I take this very seriously.
Not to mention a few years back I bought "quality approved" approved" ford fropm CMH Hatfield. The car came with worn shocks, needed new brakes and had been panel beated. After proving to them this car was not quality approved, they quickly bought the car back from me. I have all those prevous emails from them aswell so I will not be affraid to fight CMH Group. I want you to sort it out, give it to her in writing and phone her to appologise, and compensate her.
