I took my car in for a service on Tuesday (9 July) when I was also furnished with a quote on various other repairs that needed to be carried out. On Thursday morning (11 July) I phoned Monument Toyota with a view to discussing which repairs I wanted done and to make an appointment to bring my car in for these repairs. Despite an undertaking that Kim would phone me back nothing further transpired. I have made a further 3 calls today (12 July) and again despite assurances that Kim would contact me I have still heard nothing. I have always in the past received nothing but first class service from Monument Toyota, Constantia and accordingly am surprised at the poor service now evident.
