Terrible Service!!!

I have been waiting for feedback on a Home Assistance claim/refund for almost a month.
I was guided nicely, by Kgomotso, through the process of getting the relevant person to assist with an emergency plumbing. This went fine but because I had to get my own person to do it I had to mail through the invoiced issued to me by the plumber (service provider) so that I can be refunded R500.00 of the amount paid to the plumber. I sent through the invoice on 26/01/2013 and have been waiting for the refund to be resolved ever since. I keep getting tossed around between the callcentre (Kgomotso, Robbie and Obakeng), and other agents who answered when I called) and the claims/invoicing department (Natasha) with no resolution.
No two people tell me the same story. Each person comes with a new version on what the status of the query is, while I get more frustrated and confused.

This has to be the worst customer service experience I have received this year. And it is a bad reflection not only on Europ Assistance but also StandardBank on the kind of organizations they choose to do business. with.

Very disappointing!
