I phoned BMW a few weeks ago to ask if they had a demo car for sale as i would like to buy one cash. Ruhan said he had a blue 320i BMW with sun roof, xenon lights, blue tooth, reverse park sensors for R295k. He would let me know when it came in and i could see it. I mailed him and asked him if it was there yet and when could i come and see it. He said ASAP .I said i would come in the morning. When i got there he told me the price had gone up. I told him this was unacceptable as he had committed to R295k. Then he told me the car was in the panel beaters downstairs and the bonnet was full of dents. Another senior guy came out and told me he would give it to me and the R295K as agreed upon. Ruhan kept trying to sell me a new BMW, which i told him enough times i did not want. I was angry as he wasted my time coming to the opposite side of town with 2 other people and the car was not ready. I asked him to phone me when the car dent (one dent contrary to what he said) was repaired so i could come through again and take the car for a test drive. Today i emailed him and he tells me he sold the car. Another buyer took it as it was. Where is the business integrity of Bmw. This is not acceptable
