Reprehensible Service

On the 5th February whilst driving to the RHCP concert, my engine mad very bad noises and so I pulled over and parked as was seriously concerned! VW assist came the following day and told me there was a problem in the cylinder head but I could drive it to the CULEMBORG branch! I did not want to but had no other choice! Once there, I was not asked to fill in paperwork or anything but given a lift home and told that it would be investigated! 3 days later I am calling and no real luck! I eventually get a call back from someone who cannot speak clearly and get told that he hopes I have insurance as the engine is "broken" and will cost a lot of money to fix! I then call back to Gavin head of service and demand to know and to get a replacement vehicle! My car is top range VW sports car EOS and they want to give me a polo sedan. I request a hatch and the service is so bad, one week later I call again- no luck! I then ask to speak to the dealer principal - Wernich Stip who assures me he will take care and investigate... His customer care lady calls me - Vanessa and so proceeds, 26Mar still don't know anything! How disgraceful can you get???
