NO SPARE KEY SINCE DECEMBER & SHORTFALL SETTLEMENT

Got car for my wife in December and got settlement value on trade in vehicle they took so long to pay settlement that there was a shortfall of around R250.00 and Ernie said come past and he would give me a petrol slip to that value to make up difference of shortfall as they did settle trade in vehicle late. I repeatedly asked for spare key even emailing Ernie last week and he said he would contact me when its ready... we now in End of March and still no SPAR KEY???
