I own a Chervolete spark 2011 model that I bought brand new December 2011. The car was being serviced by GM. I know have 60 000 Km's in it and I had broken the gear box and to my supprise it was not covered by the warranty. When I enquired to the service manager Glenn Gouws (who gave me the best service) of why I had to pay R12100.00 for the car that's on 120 000km warranty he was as shocked and came back to me two days later that GM refuses to cover the warranty they will only pay R3600.00 of the R12100 . I Payed the balance of R8500 and asked for a full report on the whole case of how dd my gear box get broken and when and how did I lose warranty on my car. I called customer services they couldn't help me coz they also don't have the report on what happened. I'm going on my 3rd week now no 1 is delivering on the report I asked
