I see so many people complaining about the poor service they receive when taking their cars in for a service that I though I'd tell you about the great experiences I have had with Renault Workshop Stikland (Cape Town).
I have taken my car for its 15000km, 30000km and 45000km service and the reason I keep coming back is because I have had such great service from them. When you come in you are greeted by friendly people who are willing to help. The process of getting you car signed in is quick and easy. You don't have to wait long to get a ride to work as they arrange that ASAP and work out the best route to drop people. When I get my car back, everything is done as per the specific service requirement, car runs better than before and nothing is missing from the car. Also they take good care of the vehicle and clean it on the inside as well as the tires. If you having problems with your service center then consider coming to this one. I will definitely be coming to this dealership both for my Renault and any other car I might have.
