My son had an accident with his brand new motorbike on 8 December 2012. The motorbike was sent by Mutual and Federal to Basson's for repairs. It is now the 21st of March and we have sent the motorbike twice already. It was delivered to us twice in a bad state of repair with accident damage and scratches and we have complained to them to no avail. I cannot believe that such a big repair shop expect customers to be happy with such shocking service
