MANAGER TREATED ME UNFAIRLY!!!

I was with a friend as my car had given me issues so my friend came along with his tow truck and we stopped to fill up with R100 rands. The Petrol attendant filled up the car and then I asked him to bring the speedpoint he brought it I tried paying two times and transaction failed. I then went in to the one Stop Shop to an ATM and the was a white guy who uses Nedbank like me who tried more than five times and transaction kept on failing and I also tried to do the same and the transaction failed. We were then told to go try on the speedpoint in Wimpy and still no luck. The White guy asked for the Manager and the manager came his name is Hendrik he asked the guy to go try on another speedpoint and still no luck, then I tried to see if my friend had R100 rands and he did not have then I asked to speak to HENDRIK and I was treated like a criminal as if I did not want to pay a lousy R100 rands, when I asked him what plan can be made he told me I have to pay as i did not know I have to pay he said it with an attitude which he never used with the other white guy. I had to leave my phone behind and drive 45km to vereeninging and back again to get my phone and Hendrik is very!!
