On the 20th of march, I contacted the AA and advised them that I needed roadside assistance, they sent a unit out with no problems, on the 22nd march, I contacted the AA again as I was stuck in the middle of the N1 highway near sedibeng, they said that they could not help me as I was in arrers, prior to this, I contacted the memebership department and made arrangements to pay a double installment on the 1st or april and it was agreed upon, cause the AA debit your account 3 times a month, and if there is no funds, then I get charged a penelty, it was agreed that the next debit order would be the 1st of april, to my suprise, that was not the case, because on the 16th and 25th march, the account was debits, now I have fees and I am, no only @ the fees that are uncured cause of incompetance peopls, but that they couldn't assist when help was needed, as I was told that I could nt be help, I advised the lady whom I was busy with to please cancel the memebership, she said that I need to email them, and she put the phone down, without any other info, who must I send the email for cancelation to??? Must I throw it to the AA head office??
