Worst After Sale Service

We bought an Audi A4 from Willow Crest. Upon closer inspection after the sale went through we discovered that there was hardly any breaks. The car broke down down half way to the coast. We tried to make contact with the sales person but were ignored flat. When we finally get the car to Audi South Coast we realize that the warranty that was sold with the car is not loaded. They made promises of fixing the cambelt. When we finally get them to fix it after a massive fight and a manager not even looking up from eating his sandwich. The next day we enquire if the car is ready and it has been sitting there over night with NO ONE letting us know that it is ready. Then they lose our car keys only to discover the "spare" keys that they still owed from the purchase of the vehicle so we still only have one set of keys. They then proceed to tell us that the warranty was never loaded because it is now not included in the sale any more and is an additional charge! Bunch of!!! Never again! The owner was aware of all of our issues. Since buying the car a month ago we have not had even a single call or any contact from them to enquire if we are happy. Terribly bad after sales service!
