They sent the driver to my home address instead of my work address, this is not the first time this has happened, my home is about 3km from work and the driver would not pick up at work because its not his area. Never mind making the customer happy!!! That means nothing in South Africa anymore!!!
As long as they get their salaries at the end of the month they don't care!!!
This pick up was done via email correspondence and my auto signature clearly states our work address. It's not as if it's a first time they are dealing with our company, they also dropped off a parcel at our office in the morning!!!
Never the less they said someone would collect after 14H00, at 16H00 we left the office still waiting.
They are a completely useless organisation, how they are still in business I don't know.
