I am posting this complaint to express how unhappy and disappointed I am about the issue with my rear right light being loose, i bought my car on the 24/07/2012 brand new 2012 3 series, I had this issue last year in October and the guy who assisted me declared it is a factory fault and the problem should be resolved, I experienced the same problem yet again twice in December, bmw club motors told me the same story, on Saturday 23/03/2013 when i was pre inspecting my car preparing for the road trip to Sun city, i noticed that the very same light is loose again, I drove all the way to club motors only to find that their service department is no longer operating on Saturdays they have then referred me to Ceder Isle where I have purchased the car only to find that they have run out of parts and they can only glue it temporarily. I am not happy at all and I want you to reimburse all my petrol money and my efforts about this issue, i would also like to have a permanent fix for the light because i cannot go on like this.
