Very poor service

On the 20th of last month I went per bus to Johannesburg to buy a Opel Combo at Xavier Motors (Herman). After inspecting the Opel it came to light the one tail light cover was missing and the vehicle was 3000km OVER its service. The price was 60 000. I asked Herman if he could give me discount seeing I am paying cash and because I made the effort to go to Johannesburg (They did not have to deliver the car). Herman said he could only do 58 500. The 1500 discount did not even cover the diesel money home or the parts and payment of the service. (Remember 3000km Over) I then had to pay for the tail light cover (270) and the courier to De Aar. (COD 312). The registration and number plates I also payed for.
At the garage in De Aar after having done the service (Had to pay for that also) we found that the two rear shocks were both leaking oil and that the front engine mounting was worn out and all have to be replaced.
After having asked Herman over and over to help me to replace these parts (because I don't have money to pay that too) he just kept on ignoring me. After threatening him with legal action he then suddenly replied saying he is not going to pay because I am rude. POOR
