My car was booked in for a service yesterday 14/01/2013. The car was dropped of at Hyundai Ethekeini (189 Anton Lembede Street). The car was dropped of at approximately 08h00. At 16h30 the service was still not done. The manager and workers decided they could do the service in 1hr and they did a really bad job. The document says old parts were returned but it wasnt. They didnt attend to my lights which i informed them wasnt focussed propery. I am not happy with the service or their assistance. I want Hyundai to reservice my car and give me a Courtesy Car for the day.
