Send my bakkie in for service. Engine timing was out. The Ssangyong Dealers did not have a repair manual to remedy the problem. I am concerned? Why do they need a repair manual if they are qualified machanics. My bakkie is standing from the 3rd of January until today the 15th January in the workshop still waiting for the repair manual. I am currently batteling with transport to come to work. The Ssangyong Dealers in Roodepoort are not organized and also not go-operative. They also do not phone or inform you about any progress on your vehicle. I will not buy any vehicle from Ssangyong South-Africa as a result of poor management that does not check up on their dealer branches.
