Barloworld Motor Retail
A very expensive service

I took my Fortuner in for a service and noticed 3 white spots on my seat covers the day after. I thought it was dirt. The white spots became powdery and i now have 3 holes in my seat covers. According to the seat cover manufacturers it is possibly acid that fell on the seat. I drive the car every day and am never in contact with anything like that. It was the first time i had my car serviced here and now the problem. I took the car to the service manager who is insisting that it was not them. They are not accepting responsibility for the damage.
