I am absolutely astounded by the way that you are treated, to to and rubbish excusies to cover up the fact that they have failed miserable in delivering a parcel as they get paid to do.
It was Thursday, 1 August 2013 morning, when i walked into time freight Pietermaritzburg and asked if they do parcels over night to Bethlehem, they replied NO PROBLEM PAY R154.80 and it will be there Friday 2 August 2013 lunch time. Saturday arrives and my book keeper phones to say the file WITH MY BUSINESS BOOKS have not arrived and she is not waiting longer.
I arrive at Pietermaritzburg only to be told that they have lost my parcel. After a million calls and more where the agent in Bethlehem saying to my father the sending the truck to harrismith to collect and 30minutes later my father replies that bethlehem has just called to say they have a truck broken down and they wont be able to help until monday? DE-LYING THE PROCESS EVEN MORE. All the while i am talking to pmb branch with the guy from bethlehem and we are being told that the parcel is lost.
I would like to know if this is the way that time freight runs a business
