I am not one to complain, but i was left rather dissappointed when i arrived at the motor servicing centre in question last night at 5:45 to collect my vehicle, which i had repaired earlier that day. I contacted the centre at 4:45 to ask them please to wait for me as i had to travel from johannesburg and traffic was bad. After organising a lift and leaving work early to collect, the place was locked up tight. This after the said it was no problem they would gladly wait. I had to return hom a considerable distance away and yet again tackled peak traffic this morning to collect. When i arrived they pretended as if nothing was wrong and got rid of me as soon as they could.
Their servicing is very good, and i would gladly return for their technical expertise, but i am afraid their customer service leaves much to be desired. I will thus think twice before returning.
